Book of 1 Timothy - Chapter 5 - Verse 7

5:7
And these things give in charge, that they may be blameless.

Meaning

Paul, in his letter to Timothy, is instructing him to pass on certain teachings to the believers under his care. By giving these instructions, he hopes that they will live in a way that is blameless before God. This means that they should strive to live in a manner that is upright, honest, and in accordance with the teachings of the Bible. By following these guidelines, believers can avoid sin and wrongdoing, which would bring shame and dishonor to themselves and to God. Paul's charge to be blameless serves as a reminder to all believers to live their lives in a way that reflects the grace and love of God in all that they do. It is a call to holiness and righteousness in every aspect of their lives, both in word and in deed.
