Book of 2 Corinthians - Chapter 9 - Verse 5

He exhorts them to make arrangements ahead of time so that their gifts can be given freely and willingly, without any sense of coercion or greed. By encouraging the brethren to prepare in advance, Paul emphasizes the idea of giving out of a sense of bounty and abundance, rather than out of a desire for personal gain. The act of giving should be done with a generous and open heart, reflecting the selfless love and grace that we have received from God. This verse serves as a reminder to believers to be intentional and thoughtful in their giving, ensuring that it is a genuine expression of love and compassion towards others.
