Book of Ecclesiastes - Chapter 10 - Verse 3

10:3
Yea also, when he that is a fool walketh by the way, his wisdom faileth him, and he saith to every one that he is a fool.

Meaning

Proverbs 10:14 speaks about the consequences of foolishness and the lack of insight that accompanies being a fool. When a fool walks along the way, their lack of wisdom becomes evident to everyone they encounter. The verse underscores the idea that wisdom is not just about knowledge or intelligence, but also about how we conduct ourselves in everyday situations. It suggests that a foolish person's actions and words will ultimately reveal their lack of understanding and discernment, leading others to perceive them as a fool. The verse serves as a cautionary reminder to strive for wisdom and understanding in order to avoid being seen as a fool in the eyes of others. It highlights the importance of humility and self-awareness in interactions with those around us.
