Book of Genesis - Chapter 21 - Verse 6

21:6
And Sarah said, God hath made me to laugh, so that all that hear will laugh with me.

Meaning

When Sarah expressed that "God hath made me to laugh, so that all that hear will laugh with me," she was acknowledging the miraculous work that God had done in her life. Sarah had been barren for many years, feeling hopeless and unable to conceive a child. However, God fulfilled His promise to her and Abraham by miraculously allowing her to conceive in her old age. Sarah's laughter was a reaction of joy, astonishment, and gratitude at the fulfillment of God's promise. Her laughter was a testament to the power and faithfulness of God, showing that nothing is impossible for Him. By sharing her joy with others, Sarah invited them to join in her celebration and witness the greatness of God's work in her life. This verse serves as a reminder that God's promises are always fulfilled in His perfect timing, even when circumstances seem impossible.
